Miller's Ale House

We've been here about 3 times now and have never had a problem. Last night was the worst it has ever been. Now, I understand what it's like to work in a kitchen at Christmas but, still you need to learn how to manage your time and schedule the right amount of people to prevent problems such as the ones we had. For appetizer, we ordered the southwestern chicken egg rolls. These had good flavor. I feel kinda guily for not writing much about the food due to the fact that our experience was about a 2 out of 5.
For my entree, I ordered the Tex-Mex Chile Chicken Nachos. Yes, I know it's an appetizer but, I was craving nachos. This would've been better with less chips and more of everything else. I felt it didn't satisfy my nacho craving. It tasted good but, I felt like it was missing something.
My fiancee ordered the 36 piece shrimp and fries. This is where everything went downhill. The fries were either old or they were cooked in old oil. They were the WORST fries we have ever had. The shrimp didn't have any seasoning at all, they were the blandest shrimp and the worst. And some of you may not know that shrimp, crab, and maybe lobster is the only seafood I eat. So, I know my shrimp. They didn't give him hardly any cocktail sauce.  Next, as he was trying to eat this terrible tasting food he found a hair on his plate, none of either of ours. This turned me completely off.
So, for dessert, we ordered the Captain Jack's Burried Treasure. It's an ice cream cake with an oreo crust and heath bar crumbles, caramel and hot fudge sauce. This was the best thing my fiancee had to eat besides his appetizer. It had very good flavor but, don't think for a second that it made up for all the bad. When this came out, the girl, who was not our server told us she would bring us a spoon, it never came so we had to eat this with our forks.
Please note that no matter how bad the food is we always pay for it, always! We are not those people who complain just to get food for free and we never blame the server for the food, after all, they have nothing to do with the food, except to bring it to your table.
